Well it’s been a few months since our launch of the Address Lighting website and we’ve had the opportunity to collect and review initial impressions of both the functionality of our website and the product itself.
Comments received during the initial launch of our website became invaluable as the feedback allowed us to fine tune the customer experience as well as determine what worked and what didn’t so that we ultimately ended up with not only a functional website but one that was esthetically pleasing and easy to navigate.
To all those that provided their feedback, we can not say thank you enough. Without your candid feedback on your initial experiences, we would not have the website we do today, again thank you.
Once the Address Lighting website went live on July 2011, we began receiving our first of many orders placed through the website. Once produced and shipped to the customer, we had the opportunity to continue the customer service experience and reached out to those customers to ensure that they were satisfied with their new purchase and to answer any questions they may have had. The responses were a testament to the hard work involved in getting this project launch.

“I do finally have it installed and it looks great. The wiring was simple & easy to figure out. The only suggestion I have is if you could make the lead that comes off the sign about 4” – 6” longer it would be a bit easier to install……” – J. Cox
Since receiving this email, we have integrated a longer cable to our sign which has remedied this problem.
