As an element to the overall cohesive marketing campaign for the lottery, these signs are designed to provide lottery retailers with bright and attractive promotional displays. These displays increase consumer awareness and ultimately influence the purchase decision.

Each wireless sign features an LED illuminated background, LED displays, and replaceable graphic faceplates.

The LED lights communicate the value of the jackpot for each game represented on the sign. This communication is facilitated through an online terminal between the lottery and a wireless transceiver connected to every sign. The secure and direct updates ensure that any increase in the jackpot value is immediately reflected.

The replaceable graphic feature enables the lottery to change or re-brand jackpot games without replacing the entirety of the sign. Additionally, through the modularity feature unique to Carmanah Signs, the user has the ability to add incremental games at any point-in-time to the existing lottery sign.

With comprehensive installation hardware and instructions, the jackpot signs are ready for use upon delivery.

Carmanah Signs received a USD $4Million order for Wireless Triple Jackpot lottery signs.  Designed to provide a bright and attractive promotional display for lottery retailers, each wireless sign features an LED illuminated background, replaceable graphic faceplate, and three-digit LED displays to advertise jackpot values for three different games.

Jackpot data is sent wirelessly via a transceiver directly and securely to each sign from the lottery’s existing online terminal. Up to five jackpots can be displayed per sign within a 100 foot area, and all signs on the statewide network are updated simultaneously. The replaceable graphic feature enables the lottery to change or re-brand jackpot games without replacing the entire sign.

According to Maxwell Goldstein, director of sales and marketing for Carmanah Signs, the high-visibility signs provide a bright and energy-efficient alternative to traditional options. “It is well understood in the lottery industry that jackpot awareness helps increase ticket sales,” says Goldstein. “These signs update wirelessly right from the terminal without paging, satellite link or monthly fees.
