Richard Brown Named Business Development Manager Canada

Please join us in congratulating Richard Brown on his promotion to Carmanah’s Sales & Business Development Team! Richard’s new role will focus on Canadian Account Management & Global Inside Sales, bringing his extensive experience and excellent customer service to our lottery partners.

A retail digital signage expert with nearly 20 years of experience, Richard has been a key member of the Carmanah team since 2005. He began his career in Carmanah’s production department, moving up through the company to production supervision, product development, and project management.

Richard knows jackpot and digital signage inside out. He is a natural leader who manages cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Richard is also an expert in the latest digital signage technologies and trends, providing lotteries with valuable insights and recommendations to help them stay ahead of the curve.
